Month of Event Only & Ceremony Coordination
(Starting at $1,500)

Follow-up calls or one (1) meeting with each vendor in the two weeks prior to the event to confirm vendor's obligations and contracts.

Visit both ceremony and reception sites prior to the event.

Development of detailed timeline for event and floor plan for contracted vendors.

Availability of one (1) hour day prior to the event for rehearsal coordination.

Arrive at least one hour prior to the event starting time to do a final walkthrough with all contracted vendors to ensure accuracy of services and resolve any issues if necessary.

Onsite coordination and execution of ceremony and reception timeline on the day of the event with a maximum of four (4) hours. Additional hours will be charged accordingly.
Full Event Planning & Coordination
(Starting at $2,400)

Suggest and coordinate all vendors, schedule and attend all appointments requested, negotiate costs, design a layout, and assist the bride through all contracted vendor processes.

Design the overall theme and concept.

Develop a detailed timeline for the event and floor plan and distribute it to all contracted vendors.

Assist with vendor payment schedules and disbursements.

Availability of one (1) hour day prior to the event for rehearsal coordination.

Arrive at least one hour prior to the event starting time to do a final walkthrough with all contracted vendors to ensure accuracy of services and resolve any issues if necessary.

Onsite coordination and execution of ceremony and reception timeline on the day of the event with a maximum of six (6) hours. Additional hours will be charged accordingly.
